
Creamy Blueberry Dip

2 c. fresh or thawed, frozen blueberries |
1/3 c. light cream cheese |
1 Tbsp. apricot preserves |
Directions:
1. In the container of a food processor or blender, place blueberries, cream cheese and apricot preserves; whirl until smooth.
2. Serve with sliced fruit or use as a dessert sauce spooned over cut-up fruit, if desired. Yields approximately 2 cups.
